to bring together or incorporate parts into a whole. to make up, combine, or complete to produce a whole or a larger unit, as parts do. to unite or combine.

Definition of Perspective:

Every development project involves numerous players and influencers. At Integrated Perspectives, we bring our unique view to each project and blend together the perspectives of the development team, boards, public leaders, regulators, and final users to deliver the best project possible.

Integrated Perspectives is a boutique community planning and landscape architecture firm located in beautiful Jupiter, Florida. We specialize in institutional, residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in the Palm Beach and Treasure Coast areas. Our experience and expertise includes serving the private sector, public sector, and institutional clients as project managers throughout the project design and development approval process.

As landscape architects and community planners, we bring a unique set of expertise, experience and skills to every project. Besides conducting site suitability analyses and offering development plan alternatives, we work with the entire project team to create a distinctive image for our clients’projects, providing added value to each one. We design the site’s development framework to capture its sense of place, obtaining the highest and best use of the site.

Our expertise includes exceptional customer service. As a boutique firm, we specialize in quality planning and design work with efficient and courteous delivery. Relationships and trust are essential throughout the project process; we are a solution based firm that will keep a project moving to achieve our clients’ desired goals.

For our Private Sector Clients

Integrated Perspectives works collaboratively with the development team to resolve issues quickly and get projects designed and entitled efficiently. We work on behalf of the developer or property owner to conduct initial due diligence, develop and refine conceptual site plan alternatives, and obtain all planning and zoning approvals. As the project advances, we keep the site plan up to date, while coordinating with the other design disciplines. In addition to the site plan and site details, Integrated Perspectives can provide a complete set of landscape plans for the development package. The landscape plans are designed to enhance the desired character and image of the project and ensure compatibility with its surroundings.

For our Public Sector Clients

Integrated Perspectives understands that communities evolve, and we are skilled at serving as an extension of local planning and design departments, assisting with public outreach, code amendments, and special area plans. We work collaboratively with staff, stakeholders, and residents to gather information and generate public and stakeholder input. We develop graphics and visuals to illustrate and translate often complex ideas based on the input received. We craft the preferred outcomes into the policies or codes necessary to implement the community’s desired objectives or direction. Our areas of expertise include community master planning, redevelopment planning, and design, missing middle housing design and regulations, complete streets, parking reform, and securing grants. Communication is vital to our public-sector clients. We create clear communication plans for each of our projects which are integrated with the project deliverables. We keep your projects moving forward with transparency.

For our Institutional Clients

Integrated Perspective’s focus on collaboration to solve problems and move projects forward makes us a clear choice for institutional clients. We understand that in addition to the design and entitlement processes of a project, institutional projects often have boards and donors with various positions that influence the project’s direction. Flexibility in our approach allows us to tailor our design process to gain input and support for the project. To emphasize the organization’s mission, we incorporate unique design elements into the project plan. We keep the communication lines open during the entitlement process, as we develop a routine communication plan to provide status updates, provide project clarifications, and answer questions. We understand that many boards may not have a background in site planning or land development, therefore we take the time to explain every step of the process.
